A "BIG" Thank You

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS

of the Southern Adirondacks

would like to extend our appreciation to everyone who helped make

the Bowl For Kids' Sake 2008 an $80,000 success!

This year 540 bowlers came together over two weekends to enjoy sandwiches, cake, live entertainment and karaoke.  Bowl For Kids' Sake is not just about bowling.  There were over 80 door prizes, amazing raffles, and a BBBS Shoppe, ensuring that there was something for everyone.  Bowl For Kids' Sake is a fun community event supporting youth in our community.

Highest Group Fundraisers

Davidson Brothers Restaurant & Brewery was on top again this year as the top fundraising group.  They are followed by the Glens Falls City School District, led by Pam Parrott.  Rounding out our top groups was C.R. Bard.

Highest Adult Fundraisers

This year Al & Millie Sutliff were our top adult fundraiser.  Kimberlee Payton came in as our second highest fundraiser.

Highest Youth Fundraiser

This year Eric Lebel achieved an outstanding personal fundraising goal which made him the highest youth fundraiser.  Jeff Johnson was the second highest youth fundraiser.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is able to make a difference for the children in our community because of the support of our bowlers, donors, & sponsors.  We THANK everyone who contributed to this event!
